So recently I've been meaning try all these cool beauty & hair home treatments i found on line. Olive oil as I've researched has lots of benefits!! It make helps with the frizz, dry scalp, hair growht, remove lice, helps give shine and smoothness. So I've decided to try it. This is what you need if you also want to try it:
Olive oil
shampoo/conditioner
shower cap
towel
1. message olive oil in your dry hair and scalp, as much as you need depending on hair length.
2. then once all your hair is covered in olive oil, put shower cap on.
3. leave it in for at least 8 hrs or overnight.
4. wash out with hot water and shampoo and conditioner!
done!
Do keep a towel around your neck , the oil will drip! And also if your going to do it overnight, make sure you but a towel over your pillow because it will run through that as well!!
